no communication between tester and control unit

    Hi
    I'm trying to scan a 2004 ford ba as it keeps saying that there is no communication between the tester and the control unit
    I checked the ignition switch and its fine
    All cables are connected
    Battery is charged
    System is configured for the vehicle

    What could the problem be ?

     Did you try it with the usb cable between the tablet and VCI , and or try on another vehicle immediately afterwards to see whether it's the vehicle or the  Bluetooth communication between the tablet and the VCI?

    Yes, please first check the connection and main cable.
    If it can connect with other FORD cars, it may be the vehicle problem. Or you can tell us your vehicle model, year and VIN for our checking.
